Client: Stockton Borough Council
Artist: William Pym
Stockton Borough Council landscaping section commissioned entrance pieces for two urban parks and public spaces.
The Tilery Park sculpture referenced the joining and separating of the 3 footpaths at its location, with abstract forms on the top of each arm that were inspired by birds in flight.
The Primrose Hill Park has two sculptural entrances. These reflect the natural forms of the park’s leaves and trees and include imagery created by the local community.
