The Start to Finish Service is:

Consultation

• Initial meeting and presentation of the artist’s work
• Consultation to discuss your objectives and suggest opportunities for realising unique commissioned artworks
• Bringing 20 years of practical experience, artistic vision and expertise to your project and your decision making
• Advising you clearly about the artist and their work
• Drafting a commission brief which sets out your aims and objectives clearly and precisely

Realisation and delivery of artwork

• Creating clear project timetables and task sheets
• Supplying a contract or purchase order for all parties
• Keeping you up to date on progress
• Advising and supplying technical expertise
• Advising on or supplying PR & Promotional services
• Ensuring all tasks about commissions are carried out
• Finalising and delivering to you a superb quality contemporary artwork

ARTS UK will prepare an overall project delivery plan and process any required applications such as planning permissions. The artwork will only be made once the client is satisfied with its design and specification, which will be presented as visualisations and technical drawings.
